The 119 service links Chorley and Preston and calls at Chancery Road, in Astley Village, which is the Hallgate entrance to the show. 

We are situated just minutes from the M6 , M61 and M65 motorways.

It is around a 15 – 20 mins walk from Chorley Train Station (town centre) to the showground at Astley Park and a 20-25-minute walk from Euxton Balshaw Lane station to the showground, which is on the Preston-Liverpool line.

Parking for the Chorley Flower Show

Park and ride

A free park and ride service will be running from the field opposite Botany Bay to the bus stop on Chancery Road close to Hallgate on all three days of the show.

In addition, on Saturday and Sunday only, a park and ride service will also run from Botany Bay.

Blue Badge Parking

Blue badge parking will be available on Hallgate car park on a first come, first served basis.

Town Centre

There are several car parks in the town centre allowing you to access the show by foot from the Park Road entrance to the park. You can find more information about town centre parking here and also a handy map here.

Ackhurst Lodge car park

Please be aware that if you park on the Ackhurst Lodge car park (off Southport Road) and enter the park via the Ackhurst Lodge entrance will need to walk round to Hallgate to enter the show.

Show entrances

Entrances to Chorley Flower Show will be via the Hall Gate entrance (Astley Village) and Town Gate (Park Road, town centre) entrances to the park.

One-way traffic system

A one-way traffic system will be in place from 9am to 6pm along Chancery Road from junction with West Way to the roundabout at Euxton Lane. Cars may park along the opposite side of Chancery Road and must refrain from parking on the residential streets surrounding in Astley Village.
