The Texas BBQ Guys
Selling oak smoked Texas style BBQ dishes from there retro orange train caboose carriage. All the meat they smoke is sourced locally and is all smoked on their self built 500 gallon Texas style offset bbq smoker.
Dishes they sell (but not limited to): Chopped BBQ Brisket, Louisiana Pulled Pork, Shredded Buffalo Chicken, Texas Cheesesteaks, Texas Meatballs, Chilli Dogs / Hot dogs, Pit Beans, Vegetarian oak smoked Chilli, Texas Breakfast Wrap. All can be served as loaded fries or on a sub roll.
The Coffee Stop
Mobile barista coffee unit serving hot drinks / donuts, pastries muffins.

The Shed is an existing music venue and a bar in Chorley Centre and have now launched The Shed on Wheels - a small horse box conversion trailer bar, offering draught beer, cask, wines, mixers (gin and tonic, rum and coke etc) and cocktails/mocktails as well as soft drinks and bar snacks.
