Other Parking

If you are unable to use the show's Park and Ride Service (running from Park Hall Hotel), there are a number of other car parks available.

Please be aware that the Park and Ride service operates only between the designated Park and Ride site (at Park Hall Hotel) and Chorley Flower Show, and does not stop at any of the car parks below.

 

Town centre long stay car parks

There are a number of long stay car parks in Chorley town centre, a short walk to the Park Road entrance of Astley Park. Usual tariffs and max stay limits apply. Further information on tariffs and a handy car park map can be found at chorley.gov.uk/carparks

  • Friday Street multi level car park (PR6 0AA) – 246 spaces
  • Friday Street North car park (PR6 0AA) – 74 spaces
  • Queens Road car park (PR7 1JU) – 84 spaces
  • Water Street car park (PR7 1EP) – 71 spaces
  • Fleet Street (PR7 2SA) – 120 spaces
  • George Street (PR7 2BN) – 33 spaces

Some car parks (inc. some short stay car parks) are free after 1pm on Saturdays and on Sundays: chorley.gov.uk/carparks

Parking for town centre car parks can be paid for via the pay and display machine (cash) on the car parks or via the MiPermit App (details of which will be on the Pay and Display machine).
 

West Way Sports Hub car park

This is few minutes walk to the Hallgate entrance of the show, via the footpath to the rear of the West Way Sports Hub.

 

Ackhurst Lodge Car Park

Southport Road, PR7 6DD,  94 spaces

Please be aware that there is a tariff on this car park (see details at chorley.gov.uk/carpark)

Once parked, if you enter the park through the Ackhurst Lodge entrance, you will need to walk round to the show entrance at Hallgate to enter Chorley Flower Show.

 

Blue Badge Parking

Hallgate car park (PR7 1XA, behind Astley Hall) is for Blue Badge parking only, on a first come, first served basis. If the car park is full, we will have a drop off point but you will need to park your car on an alternative car park.

Please be aware in order to manage traffic that there will be a one-way system in place on Chancery Road in Astley Village 8am to 6pm with entry to Chancery Road from West Way (in the Eastbound direction from the Tesco end of Chancery Road) and the exit will be at the Euxton Lane roundabout.
